I have a consultation with every client who is considering whether this might be a training program that they want to have. With that being said, we will go over things like figuring out both your goals and how we want to be successful together. My goal is to accommodate a program you're able to maintain.

My programs are completely custom to you. Programs can range from 4 to 12 weeks. What your days look like day to day, so we can be as effective the best as possible. If you are working a 9-5 and donβt know how to get moving, the best. Letβs talk!!!

Depending on how many weeks you choose for a program (4-12 weeks), we will conduct a check-in after the selected weeks to review progress and determine whether you would like to continue. After the phase ends, we will check to see where they are compared to day 1.

Your first session is designed to help you feel comfortable and confident in the gym environment. Weβll go over your goals, take progress photos and measurements if youβre comfortable, and walk through foundational movements so I can better understand your fitness level and create the best plan for you.
