Each program is designed around different experience levels, goals, ages, and stages in your fitness journey. Whether youβre brand new to the gym or more advanced, thereβs a program built to meet you where you are. Thatβs completely normal; many clients progress through multiple program tiers over time. For example, someone may start with the 4-week beginner program, then move into the 8-week and 12-week programs as they build confidence and experience. Programs can absolutely be changed or upgraded, but previous program purchases are non-refundable.

Yes, and this is actually encouraged! Programs are designed to be self-led and completed independently, but you can absolutely add on a Zoom session for extra guidance, exercise walkthroughs, form help, questions, and support.
